| 1. Launch Capture NX and open the image that requires editing. |  |
| 2. Zoom in at 100% to magnify the area you want to edit clearly. |

| 3. Click on Red-eye control point from the toolbar located at the top. |

| 4. Place the control point on the eye and drag the slider to reduce the red-eye effect. |

| 5. Save your edited image. |

| Alternatively, you can choose to use Auto Red-Eye Fix by clicking on Base Adjustments > Detail Adjustments > Auto Red-Eye. Click on the drop-down arrow on the left.

| Click on the drop-down menu and choose Automatic. This option will automatically reduce any red-eye effects in your image. |
